Musicians will be reviewed and evaluated based on financial criteria, talent and synergy. Applicants will also be evaluated based on an online presence as well as the appeal to River East and the future of the neighborhood.

“We are searching for musicians that are on the rise and want to be part of the emerging scene in the River East district,” said W. Pretlow Riddick, president of Criterion Development Partners. “We want to invest in Fort Worth’s music scene while creating a presence of live music here in River East.”

Riddick added that live music lands in River East when Brooks Kendall opens The Post at River East in the Spring of 2019.
